Good Points

Sound quality (clear and loud), good reception almost anywhere, nice layout

Bad Points

Turns itself off all the time for no reason, bad predictive text format, fuzzy camera, poor battery life, hate how voicemail continues to ring you again and again until you pick up.

General Comments

Having been a Nokia user most of my life I thought I'd try something different, and went with the Motorola. Having never owned a camera phone before this was ideal at first, till I realised how poor the picture quality was most of the the time, how poor the battery life was (2 days max) and how this phone has an odd habit of deciding to shut down on its own accord and turn the screen to white for no apparent reason!! I'm also not fond of the little side buttons that, if you happen to knock them when in your bag, change the level of sound. Very annoying!! The sound quality is very good and it's a nice size and not too heavy, but I'm afraid the bad outweighs the good, I've just ordered a new Nokia and will be quite glad to go back to a trustworthy model.
