Good Points

OfficePax offers much better interface, ease of use and more features.

Bad Points

ACT! is slow on most machines and the interface isn't very intuitive.

General Comments

OfficePax offers shared contacts, shared calendar, remote access email and timesheets. It helps manage invoices and has many more features.
