Idiot proof and nice choice of battery and mains on both units
Bad Points
In hotels and campsites there I've experienced limited usefulness. he signal suffers from interference and may simply not reach the place you want to be (eg hotel dining room) even if if the location is not far from your room.
General Comments
The Tomy Walkabout seemed to be a cheap and cheerful option and was so for home use. It works great in my home and garden 30ft long but in Hotels its not reliable due to its tendency to lose signal within buildings.
