Good Points

This is in the best location, and you are very near to the strip, MACCY D'S, and the beach, but not too near, so you can get some rest.


Bad Points

Filoxenia 1 apartments are a good size but have no air conditioning. If you are going to stay here, I advise Filoxenia 2, because they have the air conditioning.


General Comments

we are going back to the Filoxenia apartments in Crete next year! It was the most amazing holiday, and you are near to everything here. The place to eat if you want typical pub grub, is the red lion. There are some beautiful Greek restaurants if you want to sample the local cuisine, but if you don't want to eat too much before you go out, just pop downstairs to the restaurant, and get a takeaway pizza, they were so tasty, and just a nice lite bite to share between 4 of you before you go out.
The strip "beach road" has over 300 bars and clubs on it, and some of the best places to go are, Zigzag at the end of your night (actually, morning, as you end up in there at about 4am), Malibu Club Cheeky 1/2's for some golden oldies, Brits bar, oh and if you like drum and bass (not everyone's cup of tea), go to Big Ben, as they have some awesome drum bass and beats nights. Take fancy dress, as they all love it out there, and if you don't take it, you will wish you had! School girls are always a good choice for fancy dress!
I highly Recommend this holiday to anyone who wants to party by night and early morning, and rest by day and catch a tan. We're going back same time next year, so we might see you there xxx
