Good Points

No downtime. Good service for non-billing related enquiries.

Bad Points

Expensive when billing mistakes their end occur. Slow and annoying webmail interface. Un-intuitive and annoying package administration interface. Responsive but useless customer service (billing).

General Comments

Had a domain and webmail simple package, interface was slow and needed work. Not been fixed in two years.
Also, when changing package, they made a mistake with billing and charged me twice, although customer service always replied, it went nowhere.
Account cancelled.
