General Comments
We had a great one week half board holiday at the San Pawl hotel the room we had was very big and so was the balcony it was a corner room looking out onto the street. We had a very clean bathroom with good shower and a hairdryer although I think it would take all day to dry your hair with the dryer. We also had a fridge and fan and air conditioning which was a god send. The pool area was nice which is where we spent most of our holiday there was always somewhere to sit. the pool was salt water and not the cleanest (same with the indoor pool) and was very deep 3m deep so was not that safe for your children but great for teenagers constantly dive bombing and jumping in. The food was buffet style and great the hotel itself is built in the back streets and where a lot of maltese people live so you get areal taste for maltese life and because of this every thing is very old and and not what us Brit are used to. It is about 5- 10 mins walk to shops and restaurants and the bay, and there is no beach but there are many tours and the buses are cheap.
