Good Points
Wonderful sound.
Great colour screen.
Easy click button.
Easy to use iTunes.

Bad Points
Uncomfortable earphones.

General Comments
I just got the 20Gb colour Apple iPod today!! It is great!! I downloaded all my Cd's in an hour. Nothing could be more straightforward. I don't mind the price because hey, why buy something for a lower price which isn't in colour? However, I've just had it for a day (more like hours), and I must admit that I foresee some minor problems!
