Bad Points

Bad planning, no communication, avoided phone calls, on complaining to board of directors noone responded, area manager did nothing to resolve the situation


General Comments

I had my property on with Your-Move for 2 weeks before my first offer was put in. I was ecstatic, but that's where my ecstacy stopped, I chased them continuously to find out when the survey was happening. After 2 weeks I was told that the buyers had just managed to find a mortgage lender and were sorting out the survey, 2 more weeks of chasing later I discovered that the buyers had in fact been back home to South Africa for 6 weeks and were due back in 2 weeks. They had been spinning me a yarn the entire time, at which point I was £800 into a full survey on a new property, utterly useless, not recommended at all.
