Absolutely nothing.
Horrible customer service.
Downloaded $200 worth of quotas from BinaryBiz to recover some files. It wouldn't work for me so I requested a refund. They replied that it would take "two billing cycles" for a refund to show. That was in Feb of this year and as of today (Aug 9, 2005) my money has not been refunded. Found an address for them in Denver, contacted the BBB there, but they were "not able to locate" the company there. Warning to anyone who uses this: You better hope it works for you, because you won't be able to get any money back. There are plenty of other effective options out there and for a lot less as well. I recommend avoiding this company.
