General Comments
They charged my cell phone account starting June 30, 2005 at 1.99/week. Their 888-898-7623 phone number appears to have been disconnected. The parent company (Vitaminic USA, Inc.) is located in San Francisco at 415-781-7670, and I'm about to give them a call. My cell phone company has refunded the charges, except for one in June, and is aware of dirtyhippo's dirty tactics. They are getting lots of calls from customers with these charges magically appearing on their bills.

This is the 2nd month we have had charges on our cell phone bill from DirtyHippo Content...on a phone instrument that is not even capable of connecting to the Internet. Our cell phone company removed the charges the last time, and we're going to call them again. This is getting ridiculous, however, that we customers are being victimized by a company that one can't even reach by telephone and that is doing criminal acts by charging people for things that are not even downloaded. Something needs to be done by cellular phone providers to block this company from making any charges on anyone's bill.
