Good Points
Very little feathering Inexpensive
Bad Points
It's not perfect but I'm thinking perfect doesn't exist.
General Comments
I've tried all kinds of lipliners and I really like Revlon's Colorstay. It's available everywhere and I usually wait for a sale so I get two for one. It's the least feathering from all the brands at Walgreens.
