Bad Points
I bought my machine a few years ago. Due to family health it stayed in the box until a few weeks ago. It doesn't play. I can't find anyone who can fix it. Singing Machine in CA no longer fixes them. I spent almost $300, which included shipping, for a machine I can't use. Singing Machine needs to have service available or I will never buy that brand again.

General Comments
No service available on the Singing Machine SMG-320, which I never used. Singing Machine would not even give me a discount if I purchased a new one. The machine sat in the box because of family health problems. It never worked! I'm out a of pocket by a lot of money for a machine that no one can fix! That's not right!
