Overpriced...badly run and no wow factor like other parks
I took my daughter to Legoland on her 8th Birthday today. £46 for the 2 of us...which is outrageous. I know you can get discounts online , but I was too late to get them for her birthday and this basic gate price is appalling. Every shop has many more boys lego than girls...who`s only option is clikits. The food is extremely expensive for what it is. I get annoyed when I`ve already paid a fortune to get in and then simple things like after ride photos are over priced. My daughter wanted her lego driving license after going on the driving test and it was £3.99 plus 50p for the holder. I got that one but if I had got any more photos it would easily have been a £75 plus day for the two of us. The queues were very long which we expected in August , but there wasn`t even any music to help you daydream.....boring...very boring. The staff were so laid back...they really couldn`t give a monkeys...it took them far too long to load the rides and they were not really the animated bunch you get elsewhere. The only decent ride was the dragon coaster...the other coasters are jerky and not fun.....I`ve been all over the world and I am always amazed at the lack of comfort on UK coasters. I really don`t know how they justify the money...I feel ripped off.
