Ticketline is currently the only online ticket agency I'm willing to use. Their service charges are lower and (where they haven't been told that tickets have to go out special delivery) they charge less for postage and send tickets out via Royal Mail. We've never had a problem with tickets arriving either.

The main problem with this company is that the website crashes whenever a major event goes on sale. Example: The White Stripes and Oasis gigs went on sale the same morning. I managed to put 2 tickets for the White Stripes in my shopping basket and then spent 25 minutes trying to actually purchase them because the site kept crashing. Finally, it said there were no tickets in my basket and the gig was sold out. So I phoned them and managed to buy two tickets - for more money than they were advertising on the site. The customer service guy even checked because he thought it was weird. I still don't get that. But, considering that it was still know more than it would have been through See (whose site was down), Aloud (whose site was down) or Ticketmaster (whose site was down), it was still the best of the lot. And I did manage to get tickets (phew!).

Having said that, I'd still recommend buying in person from the box office where you can. But I do always feel like I can trust Ticketline to deliver.

  I have bought Five tickets for Elton John on the 18th June in Taunton, what do you think my chances of getting the tickets are?

  I'd have assumed you'd have no problems. Like I said, never had a problem with delivery with them. Of course one could question the sanity of a person who'd go see Elton John.
