Good Points

Excellent web site, friendly staff, good mortgage products


Bad Points

No credit card or personal loan online facility


General Comments

Well, I have been sitting reading the reviews here after being an IF customer since the start and am appalled by the reviews that I have read! Overall I have had nothing but great service from the bank and I have to say I have not always had this service from my previous bank!!!! I have my mortgage with them and so do my sister and parents and none of us have had any problems. All companies including banks will have problems and customers will be disatisfied, however it is all to common for it only to be the small % of disatisfied customers who make their feelings known, so I would like to come out and say that I am not unhappy with the service and would recomend them to anyone... I deal with them for my mortgage and they completed the remortgage in under a month and I received better service dealing with them directly than I have going through financial advisors!
