Good Points

A decent sized player. Club database.


Bad Points

If you're expecting detail, and in-depth management, you're likely to be disappointed.


General Comments

Unfortunately, despite the name, this game is not the Championship Manager most have come to know and love. It is a cheap rushed game, that is trying to compete with the thoroughly refined game engine by SI Games, that is now used for Football Manager. Were it not for the rights to the Championship Manager name, Eidos would be stuck. There are better options available for console management games.
If you have to have a PC Football Manager, 2005 is a much better option.
