General Comments

Kiotari, Rodos Maris Hotel - I went to Rodos Maris for two weeks and I can safely say this has been the best holiday ever.

Before we went on holiday we were reading all the reviews and how many bad ones there were, but two years ago we went to anoter Mitsis hotel in Crete, Rinella Beach which was fab, so I know we had no problems.

The food was fantastic with the biggest variety ever.

The rooms were very clean and the mini bar was filled every 2 days with 2 beers, 2 soda waters, 2 cokes, fizzy lemon, and 2 fizzy orange and also a large bottle of water.

At the pool bar you feel really welcome as the barman was lovely, he treated everyone as if they were special.

Moving on to the beach, the beach bar was great. You get almost any drink you want and they even have slush puppies and ice creams for the kids.

The sea is clear blue and lovely but I suggest you buy a pair of sea shoes as it's quite stoney.

The day entertainment is really good and all the animators go around trying to get everyone involved and if you say no they agree and leave you alone to sunbathe in peace.

The nightly intertainment is snoopy disco at 9:00 (for the children but everyone can join in) then 9:30 bingo tickets '3:00, but if you win the prizes are really good.

Then at 10:00 it's the show time which can be caberet, crazy show, and every 2 weeks karaoke. From about 11 to 12 there is disco music and you can go and dance on stage.

At night the music is loud but when it hits 12 it all goes off. Also in the hotel there's a jewlery shop, a clothes shop, a internet cafe and a supermarket and a gift shop and across the road and up towards the left for a 3 min walk there's a little plaza with gift shops and clothes shop and a little restaurant.

Also, I've seen that people have been writing and saying there is no sauna, well thats a load of rubbish because there is one on the lower floor in the Rodos spa. There's a little games arcade and a gym.

May I warn you that if your flight is late at night or really early in the morning that you should pay for a extra time in your room as our flight was at 11pm and we were meant to be out of the room at 12am but we booked in advance to have it until 7pm which meant we could spend the day around the pool and have a shower readdy to go.

Overall, I would definitely tell you to pick this hotel because it is quality!!!! :D
