Good Points

Fantastic image quality. Very quick startup. Pocket size. Excellent battery life. OK zoom.

Bad Points

Poor low light shooting. Grainy and high ISO, (but what isn't)? Weak flash. Slow zoom. Memory stick media. I lost a whole stick of images for some reason, the files are there but can't be read.

General Comments

This is a great camera when there's enough light on the subject. The smart zoom is nice when you're not at full resolution, you get extra digital zoom without losing quality. The camera is pocket sized, and full resolution pictures look great. The flash is next to useless at anything more than 8'. I also wish it had a little better image controls. Very small in the way of in-camera fx. Basically b/w and sepia are all you get. Scene modes are hard to use. Auto takes pretty good pictures. Just remember, the smaller the lense, the more light you need to make good pictures. And this is a pretty small lense.
