Good Points

Excellent fashion items. Mostly good value, and excellent quality.

Bad Points

Sometimes the postage is rather excessive.

General Comments

I have been a customer of QVC UK since the beginning now. I have recevied a letter from their finance department saying they are concerned because in the last 12 months, I have only kept 49% of the goods ordered, so what say I, no one told me at the beginning that I had to keep most of the goods and I am also paying the postage, this will be the last time I shop with QVC.

   I too have had a letter from Q.V.C. about frequent returns. It is often difficult to judge how things will look on you off the t.v. especially jewellery ! Q.V.C. sell with a no quibble guarantee!! but it doesn't seem so ! It's still a great channel !

   i certainly agree that qvc do send you letters about your returns even though they say that you are free to return all goods if they are not suitable so either you can or you cannot surely if the message on the form states that you can return if you find them not suitable they should not then renege on this they actually phoned me at home to say they no longer considered me a good customer and that it would be better if i no longer used the service.needless to say i found other sites that were more amenable but i do wonder if the parent company in america are aware of this practice i would like to know if they are .

   Having ordered goods from QVC, and being told I was put on back order and would receive said item when the stock came in, I went on to check my order a few weeks later, as I had not received them, only to discover the order had been cancelled!? Not by me I might add, so do they just cancel orders they can`t fulfil and not bother informing the customer?

   It is possible that QVC are sending the letter where many items are returned to find out why the products were not satisfactory so as to improve their ranges or services. I have never had to return any items, however I do agree that all charges should be refunded especially since if you are returning you have to essentially pay 2 lots of p&p.
