Good Points
Good internet site.

Bad Points
Misleading. Innaccessible if you have a complaint to make. VERY slow at responding to complaints, and very evasive with their answers.

General Comments
I booked a hotel with lastminute.com to stay at the Jurys Inn Hotel for one night. The money went out of my bank account on the 08-06-05 for 3 double rooms. When we arrived on the 18-06-05, the hotel had received no booking. We had to pay again!! Despite several EMails, and calling the hotel. It is now 04-08-05 and I STILL havent received my money back. I have asked for the name and address of the managing director, but have been told they will not supply me with that information. My advice would be to cut out the middle man and go directly to the hotel. This company are difficult to deal with if something goes wrong.

We have been trying to obtain a refund for an air ticket AUD 10,000 for over 15 months and have been given the run around - Can anyone help?
