We have our home insurance with Axa and I couldn't be happier - the sign up process was very simple and they were much cheaper than my bank who were after almost double - I don't know why I bother with Barclays! Never had to use it yet and I cross my fingers that I never will. I've heard from other sources that they are easy to deal with as long as you are honest and are quick to payout on claims. I feel better being with a big company like Axa - they have been around for a long time so they should know what they are doing.
