Website accepted online order. Product turned out to be out of stock. Had to phone up to find this 2 weeks after order, despite emails to chase.
General Comments
Placed an order online with Bandmad. Sent 3 chase up mails in the course of 2 weeks to chart progress. Got a 'Sorry for the delay, I'm chasing this' mail over a week after first mail. Phoned up 2 weeks after order placed to be told 'oh, that's out of stock and we don't know if we're getting any more in. There must have been a problem on the website'. Very disappointed as this was a birthday present for a friend.
