Good Points

The flight was on time with no hassle with connecting flights. Only problem was they lost our luggage.

Bad Points

Lack of food on the flight. We were only served a dry sandwich for a 2 hour flight, then we were served the same sandwich on our connecting flight to Odessa. We were not informed we had to book a meal before hand, but who would have thought on a 2 hour flight you had to? it was not as if the fare was a cheap one!

General Comments

I would seriously think before I flew with LOT Polish Airlines again. Don't get me wrong, the flight itself was good, and so was the service, but you don't expect to be on a plane for three and a half hours with just dry sandwiches. We knew that the sandwiches we had from Heathrow to Warsaw were the same we had from Warsaw to Odessa. I think people should be informed about the fact that they have to book food beforehand!
