General Comments

Aloe Hotel - I am not quite sure where they get the idea this is a 4 star hotel. The pool is the major selling point but the staff are often rude. If you have a problem they appear to listen but then do nothing about it.

The air conditioning in the rooms is very poor - don't expect much sleep.

Everything in the hotel is priced at 5 star prices - ironic because this hotel is certainly not deserving of anything more than 3*'s.

    I totally agree with this review. Staff at the Aloe are unhelpful and surly and even rude on occassion. The hotel itself is grubby, shabby and desperately in need of refurbishing. It is certainly not worthy of 4 stars anymore .
