None what so ever!!


Bad Points

Everything - their delay in deliveries, the non-communication, some of the extremely unhelpful and unpleasant members on the customer service team.


General Comments

I can say absolutely nothing good about Reality Delivery. They refuse to redeliver items if you have missed them - they refuse to deliver to your work address, even if it is only 2 minutes down the road from your house. Some of the customer service staff are extremely unpleasant to the point of being rude on the phone.

They are just a complete nightmare!!! Don't use them by choice - you can't help who your suppliers ship with, but don't chose this company of your own back - not unless you don't want something delivered.
