Good Points
It tastes great. It gives the results that it says it will. I don't have to drink more and more to get the same effect.
Bad Points
It is pretty highly carbonated, but the good side of that is that I think it helps to curb my appetite a little more and takes a little longer to drink.
General Comments
I have used energy drinks in the past to stay afloat in the afternoon (post lunch sleepiness). I'v never found one that tastes good, XS tastes great. They also loose the effect on you, I've been drinking XS for about 5 months now and it still does exactly what the first one did. Plus it doesn't depend on caffiene to give energy, I guess it's all the b-12 that does it. Whatever it is it works. My favorite is cranberry blast.

the best by far, this drink knocks every thing else for six. it tastes great and is realy effective but at the same time mellow

XS is not highly carbonated. It actually contains 0 carbs...so I don't know where you came up with that heep of lies...
