Bad Points
The website is EXTREMELY SLOW from abroad and user-unfriendly.
General Comments
The Citibank Internet Banking web interface is extremely basic, barely enough for basic banking services. The webpages literally look like they have been put together in a rush to start the service and get your money.
I tried to access it from abroad and it always took forever to simply load the homepage citibank.co.uk. Finding the sort code of your account requires quite a bit of navigation within the website (it's not mentioned in the papers they send you), and if you do it from abroad it takes forever.
