Good Points

I AM MOVING! and have recently cancelled my contract and what a nightmare that was...

Bad Points

The help line is dreadful. Half the people there do not speak very good English and kept giving me quotes in dollars! They do seem very uninterested and this is just a real turn off!

General Comments

The user interface for OneAndOne is ok...but along with the "helpline" I would have to say they are just useless.
