Good Points

I got paid, they did not steal all of my money.


Bad Points

Pretty much lied about admin fees and cancellation fees and poor customer service.


General Comments

When starting with Prosperity 4 i was told the fee was £15 a week which when paid was hyperinflated and varied from £35 to £47 a week. I was also not informed about the held account which I did not want. The cancellation fee of £200 was only brought to light when I mentioned closing my account, and the money back guarantee was nowhere to be seen. I would not even recommend this umbrella company to my worst enemy.
