General Comments

I switched to Fresh from Vodafone pay as you go. It took 4 weeks to complete the transfer and unblock the phone. 2 of them I was still with Vodafone, and 2 weeks with a blocked Fresh phone. Another 2 months to set the voice mail, I basically spent 20 pounds with calls to the support line to set up it. Very bad service until I found someone in the customer support who was able to fix it. The credit expires without warning, blocking the line and not being able to increase it unless you access to another phone. I will change to any other service as soon as possible.
