Marketing of product, which caused me to buy an iPod.

It never worked smoothly. It is a pure waste of my money.


General Comments

Better to pay to some poor fellow than to buy an Apple iPod. It is a nightmare!
I bought one from Outstation. I hoped Apple must be having good quality control systems, and that the workings of one of their products must be reliable. Unfortunately, I was wrong on every count.
I tried everything, right from the resetting of the iPod to the updating of it, but nothing worked.
It stops playing songs. The iPod hangs and requires resetting every now and then, but that too does not work. In return for doing all these various exercises, I get some screeching sound and that's all. Again I have to reset the iPod, and start again!
Is there any one who can help me out?
