Tracks are cheap.
There is often a glitch in the download, you have to re-download. Tesco Online customer service very unhelpful.
My advice to anyone reading this is, do not use Tesco for music downloads, I have purchased about twenty tracks, a number of these I had to re-download as problems occurred with some of the downloads. One of the tracks I purchased, would only download as a read file only and could not be used at all. After contacting online Tesco customer Service a number of times, they would not confirm whether their source file was corrupt, nor would they refund the money, even though there own terms & conditions state they will if there is a fault with any file. In my experience Tesco don't read the emails properly, they don't give any satisfactory answers, they just say the fault must be with your PC or Software, eventually they would not reply to any of my emails at all. For a national company, there attitude is appalling!
