Good Points

Good machine when working easy to use engineers are quick to respond, probably because there's lots of them.


Bad Points

Two machines in two years - thank god I took out an insurance policy on it.


General Comments

My first Servis M9713S broke within 9 months, the element shattered and service had to order the part from france. 6 weeks later after many phone calls and still no part, they eventually replaced the machine. 15 months later and 4 call outs to repair the machine it eventually gave up. The bearings went, as did the motor, the pump and the heating element, oh and the dryer gave up drying.
Luckily I had additional insurance on the machine which the insurance company are now replacing with a Zanussi which I should had bought in the first place. I would never in a million years have an appliance made by service again even if it was free, gold plated and studded with diamonds I have had nothing but trouble from this machine which I am now going to take great pleasure of disposing of with a sledge hammer.
