Clean, relaxing, friendly, good food, good for kids, nice bars open late.
Bad Points
No nightclubs.
General Comments
Cala Galdana is a very clean resort with a lovely safe beach and a good selection of restaurants all serving pretty good food.
The people were all friendly without exception and it has a very relaxed atmosphere.
Cala Galdana Playa Apartments were basic but spotlessly clean and owned by a young and very friendly and patient couple who despite having to be up early never complained when guests wanted to drink until the early hours of the morning.
The steps to the apartments wouldn't be much fun if you were elderly or had lots of kids, but if you're youngish and fit then it's a very nice place to stay.
Menorca isn't the place for a wild drinking holiday but if you want a relaxing week in the sun with good food and good company then I'd heartily recommend it.
