Good Points

Friendly staff, very clean, great location, quiet, good customer service.


Bad Points

Poor evening entertainment, Food was disappointing at times.


General Comments

I really enjoyed my holiday to Kos and thought that the Sovereign Beach Hotel and Kardamena were absolutely lovely. The hotel is in a great location within easy walking distance to the main town and the hotel has a mini bus service if you are feeling lazy! Our room was very comfortable and very clean both when we arrived and during our stay. The hotel staff were extremely friendly at all times and made us feel very welcome. The beach was literally a stones throw from the hotel and lovely for relaxing, as it was very quiet. There are also plenty of excursions available for you to go on and the reps were very helpful in either booking this or pointing you in the right direction. The only disappointing bits were the evening entertainment as the hotel relied heavily on the entertainment team that had been there all day already and it wasn't very varied. The food was a bit disappointing as it was a bit the same every day and some of it was a bit odd but you certainly wont starve!! The main resort of Kardemana is lovely with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars to keep you occupied. In summary I would say that Kos is a lovely place to visit whether you are single, a couple or a family and I would definitely go back and would definitely stay at the Sovereign Beach Hotel again.
