That Parcelforce are unable (or unwilling)to give me the names of their agents in France who would have taken delivery of my parcels (two) for my daughter to contact to try and find my missing consignment. Say track & trace facility not available for standard international service but can still say that it is with an agent in France - they must surely be able to have contacts there.

General Comments

I sent two parcels to my daughter in Paris on same day and both have been undelivered - track & trace information saying that incorrect address which is absolute nonsense as I always put two printed address labels on (print in large letters and very clear). Parcelforce seem to think it is ok just to get me to complete compensation forms but I would rather the packages were delivered. This does not compensate for the extra stress, my grandchildrens' disappointment, inconvenience, and extra phone calls, etc., incurred. This is not the first time I have had problems with this service and am now very reluctant to use their services again.
