General Comments

I ordered a domain name on A Plus (www.aplus.net) on the 27th July 2005. During online checkout, I chose to pay with a check. On their confirmation page, there was only the mailing address where I should mail the check, but not how much my total was! It didn't mention any other fees. Later on I received an email from A Plus stating I could pay by check, but that I would have to pay an extra $5 processing fee! And once again my total balance was nowhere to be found. I had to call their toll free number to find out my balance. I spoke to someone at their call centre in India, and no offence, but I had a really hard time understanding what he was talking about. I foresaw that I might have a hard time communicating with them if they overcharged in the future. So I requested to cancel my order. Wish me luck...
