Bad Points
Read their small print - only covers vet fees up to £1000!
General Comments
My E and L Pet Insurance policy states you are covered for vet fees up to £3500. BE WARNED, their small print says £1000 limit on each medical condition. Our dog was involved in a road accident and vet fees came to around £4000. To E & L being run over is one "condition", no matter how many different surgeries or treatments are involved. After they painfully dragged out the whole claims procedure they finally sent us a cheque for £950 (they deducted £50 excess). My advice? DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE!!
