It's really tough, because I throw it around alot. Its also good for money and its payed for itself. The sound is really clear and loud. the buttons are quite far apart so you don't hit 2 buttons at the same time. The shape is good as it fits the shape of your hand.
Bad Points
It doesn't have any good ringtones, and you can't put any new 1's on. and you cant get picture messages.
General Comments
I like the way that it hides messages so people can't read them when you dont want them to. It's lightweight so it doesn't weigh me down, but it doesnt fall out of my pocket either.
