Good Points

Very pleasant and helpful staff, and did listen to my requirements, and did get me a job.

Bad Points

None at all.

General Comments

A very good Manchester agency. I registered with Phoenix Way before I left my previous job. They kept in constant contact with me, with regards to my situation, and often put me forward for temporary and permanent work.

One day they phoned to say that there was a position in my home village, looking for the position I was after. They phoned to tell me about this at 10am, I went for the interview at 4pm, and at 5.15pm I was offered the position. It could not have been easier. Phoenix Way ensured everything went smoothly, kept me informed, and were very pleased for me when I got the job.

They still phone me up occasionally now, 3 months on, just to check I am OK, and am still very happy. I would definitely have no hesitation in registering with them, should I ever have the need. Highly recommended.
