- Great layout, easy to read
- Chapters not too long
- IS NOT boring at all, and just gets to the points quick
- It actually works, and you can feel changes straight away.
- Full of exercises for your subconscious, which a are great to do every day to make you feel good about your self,and life.

- Maybe wont change your life in just 7 days. But if you keep at it I am certain it will.
General Comments
Exercises and amazing good advice and really does change your life. Maybe not in 7 days! Ive been doing it for about a week and a half, and I've noticed small changes already, I know if I keep it up for say a month then It will have a really BIG effect. Its the kind of book you can read again and again, and the more you do the more you'll change. Its like a book of wisdom to me. The CD that comes with it is good too, not sure if its working, but It definitely doesnt do any harm, I just put it on in an evening after work when I am tired and just drift off listening to the relaxing CD telling me some great things. A must buy.
