Good Points

Never give you blisters. Never get hot feet. Good support. Good impact protection. Stabilises the feet. Different cut for men and women. Half sizes. Good looking shoe.


Bad Points

110 pound.


General Comments

My podiatrist told me I had to buy these Asics Gel Kayano XI running shoes and they did feel much better than my old trainers for my collapsing arches and overpronating feet. I still have to wear specialist inserts in my Gel Kayanos, but find the trainers comfortable to wear. They do not stop my particular foot problems, but they help, and my foot problems are very bad.
