General Comments

On arrival at the Esmeralda Apartments Me and my wife where left on the wrong side of the street by the coach /Rep and told to go in.
Once in the "Hotel" we where asked for £40.00 as a deposit on our room. We could not see £40.00 worth of things in the room Once we entered the room our hearts sank as to what we had arrived at.
We went down stairs and asked to be moved ASAP.
We where told nothing could be done at this time by the staff. We decided to wait and see our rep in the morning and go back to our room for the night.The room was to say basic.It looked like it had not been cleand for some time and as for self catering 2 gas rings.But you could hire a toaster for about £15.00 per week.When my wife went to put our clothes away she opend what she thought was the wardrobe and it turned out to be the "Kitchen" which smelt of sewage.
Our rep was not at all helpfull the next day so we decided to make an official complaint.Just one example I said to her what about the cooking equipment and was told they do good food in the bar( NOT )
