Good Points

When it works it works well

Bad Points

Slide constantly jams locking up mechanism. Been returned once to no avail. Horrible accuracy.

General Comments

Bought one of the original Japanese versions of the Walther ppk Air Pistol. Constantly jams and locks the slide up to the point where it won't un-jam without a lot of force. Even returned the gun thinking it was a defect but to no avail.

Even when it did work accuracy really sucked.

Lost it a couple of weeks ago during a hurricane and didn't shed a tear over the loss.

    How did your PPK jam? Did you have bb’s stuck inside or something? I had one for 7 month and I never got a jam. But I really hated the accuracy…

    Never could figure out the jam. Tried all sorts of bbs to no avail. The slide would jam at the half point and refuse to go back to battery even after the magazine was removed. After a great deal of fiddling the slide would go back forward but firing it would show no bb lodged anywhere. Disassembled the gun several times and couldn't find any rough edges or burrs. Just one for the mystery books I guess.

    Hmm…well the gun is designed that the slide will stay back (half way) when the magazine becomes empty. So to put it back I used to remove the magazine and pull the slide pack and let it go. That worked for me.

    Tried that to no avail. I would remove the magazine and the slide would still stay jammed. Disassembled the gun and looked for burrs and rough spots but never found any.

    Like I said, may have been luck of the draw.
