Being a university student, I used to buy a lot of things from my local Staples (Stoke On Trent) but it has really gone downhill recently. The staff are miserable and don't make any effort to get on a till and serve you, they just stand round doing nothing. Also, the product range isn't really that good, I have been in several times for basic things (for example, A4 cream card and ink cartridges) which haven't been in stock. Staff are unhelpful and when you do approach them, it seems as though it is too much hassle for them. I would much rather go elsewhere and know that what I want will be in stock, and get better customer service.
