General Comments
I recently tried Movie Pigeon through a free trial. After some bad behaviour from the company including claiming to have sent out DVDs then later the same day claiming I had shipped them back (only hours after they apparently sent them which is impossible!), shipping me very badly damaged DVDs that would not play and shipping the wrong titles I attempted to cancel the subscription, which did not go very well as they suddenly started threatening me with lawyers over a DVD that I had shipped back to them almost a week earlier and had official Post Office Certificate Of Posting to prove this! They also ignored all communication until I cancelled the direct debit type payment so that they couldn't take a month of subscription fees for a disk on my account which I had returned in good time.
Movie Pigeon are a very under-handed company who I DO NOT TRUST and neither should you. I am still waiting from an apology from them, which I am sure will never come.
Finally, Trading Standards consider their treatment of me so poor that they started an immediate investigation on my behalf, so good luck to them.
