HOTEL STAFF. LOCATION. FOOD.
FIRST CHOICE STAFF!! ORGANISATION & COMMUNICATION. LOST LUGGAGE, CRISIS MANAGEMENT RUBBISH, AND REPS TWO FACED LIARS!!
JACUZZI NEVER FIXED NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES THE HOTEL STAFF TRIED.
FIRST CHOICE REP ILLUSIVE AND HARDLY EVER THERE.
SHE WAS NOT INTERESTED IN THE BROKEN JUCCUZZI - JUST LAUGHED IT OFF.
WHEN HURRICANE EMILY HIT - SHE WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND FOR 3 DAYS.
THEN LUGGAGE WAS SENT TO WRONG AIRPORT. WE FLEW INTO MANCHESTER WHILST OUR LUGGAGE WAS FLOWN TO GATWICK! IT HAS NOW BEEN 3 DAYS, AND ARE STILL WITHOUT OUR LUGGAGE. THEN TOLD BY LOST LUGGAGE STAFF TO BUY SOME CLOTHES IN THE MEANTIME!!!
AM I MADE OUT OF MONEY?!?!?
WOULD NEVER USE FIRSTCHOICE AGAIN, WHICH IS A PITY AS I HELD THEM IN HIGH ESTEEM PRIOR TO THIS. NEVER EVER AGAIN. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!!
THOMPSON REPS WERE BRILLIANT AND HELPED US OUT NO ENDS!
