They do not understand what you are trying to ask them, uncaring.


General Comments

Where do I begin!!! The agents do not help you, or understand what you are trying to ask them, they are useless and so uncaring with certain situations. They do not call you back or help you. I asked a simple question to change the name of the agreement, still keeping the same amount of money borrowed, but they said "no we cannot do that", which is complete rubbish, as I spoke to a solicitor who said "by law they would have to cancel the agreement and open a new agreement in my partners name for the exact amount of money owed". I was told they cannot do this yet! They are all too quick to change the direct debit name and mailing address, which I find very hard! This is the worst company ever, and I will be spreading the word about them.

    I would really agree with everything you say. They do not understand or listen to a word you say. Automised and scripted, they get confused when you interupt their flow of speech. Understanding some of their agents is sometimes near impossible. If you ask to speak to a manager or supervisor they are never available and never ring you back.
