General Comments

Domestic Bin - I purchased 3 sets of sheets over the internet...something I would never do, but because the Wamsutta product had the same name of a sheet, same description, and same product code of a sheet that I had bought in the past, I thought it would be safe. I had finally found my loved sheets I had been searching for for the last 2 1/2 yrs. To my horror, Wamsutta, decided to discontinue the sheet I was actually looking for and started making in China (no less) an inferior sheet and the label was IDENTICAL to a previous item I had previously purchased. That part of my gripe is with Wamsutta. I had opened one set of sheets and washed them only to find out they were not what I wanted. I did not even try to return the opened set, nor did I complain about 2 sets of UPS charges to Domestic Bin. I realized I would have to take the hickey for the one set of sheets and $30 worth of shipping. I called them and got a Return Code from them and sent the 2 other sets that had not been opened or touched in any manner back to the address Domestic Bin provided. They received the sheets two weeks ago (I have all my UPS documentation showing time and date of delivery and who signed for the delivery.) For some reason they just refuse to give me the credit back. I have called several times with no satisfaction, and have e-mailed them with no acknowledgement.

It would be wise for everyone to find some place other than Domestic Bin to do business with, just in case you do have to return an item. It really unnerves me when a company is 'johnny on the spot' when it comes to charging your credit card for the purchase.......but can never find the time to issue a credit.
