It is good because they're are styles for everyone and there are some really good sales on at times. Friendly, helpful staff and clean shop and changing rooms. It's by far the best and most popular teen fashion shop. They have some good adult stuff too.
Sometimes it can be a bit pricey for kids who save up all their pocket money etc!!! I think they should have kids shoes, bags and bikinis as well as jewellery(which they have)
I think that overall New Look is a well run, cheap/dear shop. I would shop there again as most of my clothes are from there!!!
